According to a credible source from the US Embassy, the passport number corresponded with a passport that was stolen during a kidnapping in Petion-Ville in 2009.The is a counterfeit document made by a computer amateur. An elementary school kid in the US will do better job said Robert Lyden a retired FBI member.
Senator Jean Charles allegedly paid some one to falsify the passport and replace the picture on it by Martelly's picture. This incident show the degree of ignorance that exists in the Haiti's senate. In any Democratic country Senator Jean Charles will be thrown out for being a vicious liar.

For a while Patricia suspected that the number of the passport that appeared in Google as Michel Martellyís passport was in fact her passport that was stolen a few years ago. When the US State Department declared that the passport was, in fact, not Martellyís passport, Patricia decided that she wants this matter investigated further.
