Secretary Hillary Clinton
U.S. Department of State
2201 C Street NW

Dear Secretary Clinton:

I am a US citizen, a religious minister and a proud community organizer residing in the great Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I am horrified and worried about the fact that Haiti’s Senate recently presented a look-alike US passport to the US Embassy in Haiti for verification because a senator, Moise Jean-Charles, said the passport belonged to Michel Martelly, the democratically elected president of Haiti. The investigation of the US embassy in Port-au-Prince revealed that this passport is a fraud. According to Radio Kiskeya, a Haitian radio in Port-au-Prince, in which an American diplomat was being interviewed, the passport number does not correspond with a person named Michel Martelly. The diplomat insisted that the passport is forged.
Haiti’s senate or the senators implicated in this gloomy affair have not issued any press release to offer an apology for committing fraud or for becoming involved in such a repulsive, deceitful action. In the contrary, Senator Moise Jean-Charles has continued to use the Haitian media to deliberately undermine the genuineness of the US diplomacy.
During a time when many terrorists are trying to enter the US with the criminal intent to harm Americans, it is our responsibility to be cautious. If the senators or their accomplices can produce or fabricate a US issued official passport, the question arises, how many people have used these types of fabricated US issued travel documents to deceive customs agents or other individuals?
This passport incident is a national security issue and must be thoroughly investigated. The author of this forged passport and all accomplices must face the consequences of their reckless actions.
I am requesting the State Department and the Department of Homeland Security to urge the US Embassy to demand that Haiti’s Senate provide the source of this forged US passport immediately. Noting that many people have successfully entered the US using phony passports and there are also allegations that counterfeit US bills have been introduced into circulation in Haiti by the new elected officials in Haiti’s Senate. This incident can be an occasion to track down the leader of a more important criminal ring.
Thank you Secretary Clinton for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely yours,

Rev. Jacques Dady Jean, pastor of the United Christian Fellowship Urban Ministry

Senator John Kerry, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations
Senator Richard Lugar, Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations

  1. What a waste of time... You are indeed an idiot Rev. Dady Jean. You must have been paid to write this non-sense. It would have been better if you had asked for the US to take a position that Martelly is not a US citizen. This will put an end to this madness and asked for Sen Moise to be prosecuted if his allegation his false.

There is nothing more disturbing when idiot like you is selling Haiti for a $1 to foreign countries. Regardless how you view Martelly,, he was not elected fairly and democratically. He was selected by foreign countries who are occupied Haiti. Haiti is under occupation if you do not know....

Why don't you put your effort in trying to free the country for foreign occupation than trying to get more foreigners involve in your internal affair....

I wonder what are you teaching as a Rev. Dady Jean... You are a disgrace .....
